Good gameplay, decent story, but still decently buggy.
Gameplay, 3/5: Fun, Interesting, but Buggy
So it's a sort of beat-em-up sidescroller with platforming. Custom combos to be made, that sort of thing. The combat is honestly quite fun, but due to some rather common glitches, I found myself (at least in the side missions) clipping through the walls or ground a lot.
Additionally, it doesn't seem to be properly compatible with all controllers, as I used a Switch Pro Controller (instead of keyboard since there are so many buttons) and the movement was bugged, making moving left either slow, or I had to switch from D-Pad to holding right on stick (I rebound the controls to work properly but it still was weird, the ABXY worked, and everything else, just not movement).
The two things I listed were extremely common place, and the scarf movement is a bit finnicky at times, often either having super generous windows, or very tight windows from time to time.
Essentially, the core gameplay and combo system is fun, but there are common place bug(s) that you will most likely encounter.
Visuals, 4/5: Good
I'm only giving it a good because some of the H-Scenes look a bit funny. So, overall, the world design and stuff give off a weird... Old H-Game look. It's hard to describe, but it's somewhat nostalgic to say the least. Some may like it, some may hate it. UI, and everything else looks... Fine. I'd say "Good" but not "Great" because at least it's readable, and you know what each does and it all reacts, that sort of thing.
But the thing about "Some H-Scenes Look Weird" is, for example, the Pixel H where our protagonists face looks quite funny, and during the POV scenes, the tits bounce very... Very much, like they have a will of their own, rather than having a sort of gravity that keeps them more down.
Audio, 4/5: Good
I'd say it's great, because I don't really recognize the music and they're all fitting. None of them particularly hurt, or sound bad, just a bit generic. Royalty free, sort of thing. It's good, and have fitting music and cool sound effects like how your power charges up, or whatever. Just... Not great on it's own.
Story, 5/5: A Bit Generic, but Fun
So, trying to explain without spoilers, it's a standard "Fight Evil" plotline progression. Power of friendship and family and bonds, type beat. Still, I somehow enjoyed it. It's quite cheesy, so that's probably why.
Minor spoilers, but at the end after doing all side missions, you get a letter of Kuro thanking you for being with her. That's cute.
TLDR:
It's good, but is pretty held back by my issues with the controls and the common bugs I found when playing it, like movement not working properly and clipping through floors. IDK if it was due to framerate being too high, IDK if it's because my controller is bad (it shouldn't be, since it works for Switch games properly). Story is generic but decent fun, art is what you see on the front, with some animations, and music and sound are fitting but also a bit generic.
