Seeking Darkest game you know?

Recently I realized that mainstream porn and generic vanilla plots barely does anything for me anymore. In an effort of finding new kinks I want to know the darkest game title you can recommend. And I mean dark overall, not just a dark plot twist at the end or a non-visualized dark past. Desert Stalker is pretty tame compared to others mentioned here. Euphoria made me turn my head in disgust while playing.

Fate/Stay Night doesn't deserve to be mentioned here, but I heard even NTR lovers didn't like Dark Hero Party for how extreme it is. There is also Starless and Maggot Baits.
