A lot of the game (at least for the first chapter) is the father agonizing over if it's ok to want to bang his daughter, and the daughter wonder if it's ok to be attracted to her father. A patch wouldn't really work, incest is too important to the plot.

Like kshyk said you'd be better of playing a different game.

The title can be a little confusing. It could be interpreted as "I am dating my daughter" or as "other people dating my daughter"

to some degree, choices you make in the game allow "others to date your daughter" but you would have to heavily mod the game to remove the incest.

Game is very incest focused and unlike most of incest games it has creepy, semi-realistic plot. Main girl acts, thinks and has knowledge of 12 y/o and MC is slowly currupting her into fucking him.
I don't think every incest enthusiast likes this game, not to mention someone who isn't into the genre. Just stay away from this for your own good.

I've never run across any mod or patch that changed the relationship dynamic for that game... And honestly, when the story changed locations to Europe, it began to really go down hill... Yes, Dating My Daughter is actually the main VN/Game that instigated the huge Incest theme boom that we still have to put with till this day, because it was making so much money prior to Patreon changing their site rules regarding incest... It was insane how many poor quality spin offs and incest themed VN/Games came about during the first couple years of Dating My Daughters monetary success... Trying to get a piece of the pie, or ride on it's coat tails... We are still having to deal with it's legacy to this very day... Which shows a huge lack of creative diversity in this niche industry...

Many developers, most of which were new, figured the popularity of the theme would maybe guarantee them some of that cash cow, just like DmD... The pattern was very easy to see... In many ways during that time, the market become over saturated with it to the point of nauseam... It became the most created theme around that time... In the last year+ it's mellowed out a little as developers try using other themes a bit more... Trying to be more creative...

The only thing I hate are all these lazy attempts to hide it through the whole Landlady/Roomate or custom titles crap... If the story still reads like a family relationship and/or family dynamic, changing the titles just makes it sound stupid as you read it...

But yes the bad copycats focused on making money are there, but there are also enough good incest themed games out there and not all devs do incest stuff only to make money.
