I don't have a reddit account, and they require a certain level of Karma to post on the daz3d reddit, so I'm asking this question here!
I have a VN in the works, but I was considering just making it a walkable game in UE5 instead. Got the bridge, got the UE, got the characters (from VN). I recalled that Daz sold interactive licenses separately. I was poking through the license when I saw this: "The User Creative is not defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, obscene,..."
I googled the living hell out of this and couldn't find anyone talking about it. I find it incredibly hard to believe you can't make an interactive porn game with Daz assets... Like that's their entire selling point?
I'm wondering if I'm missing something, is there a different license I need to purchase, or is there some loophole? My game would certainly have erotic text and animations, so I am concerned for legalities sake. Anyways, if anyone has any info on this I would much appreciate if you shared =p
Also, before I purchase one of their licenses, is it one of those $50 licenses per product?
