Good evening.

I have been working with DAZ 3D for a few days now, I want to create my own game in the future.

But I have massive problems with the light in rooms :( is there a simple tutorial how to get a natural room light in an environment?

Or does someone have a ready-made illuminated scene to share that I might be able to use? I'm still a noob beginner with DAZ 3D. I can do a lot of things now, but I just can't do lighting :( when I do my "Genesis Female" solo in the scene everything's fine, but as soon as I create a room and put it on a sofa the picture after rendering is black. or dark.

It depends whether it's enclosed, has windows (natural light from the outside) and what time it is. The main controlling aspect (besides placing point/spotlights) is to change the value of the Exposure Slider (Rendering->Tone Mapping).

The default value is 13. The lower the value, the higher the global illumination of the light inherited into every pixel. For Indoors you need a value of 5 to 7 (See: )

Now this isn't everything. This might look extremely bright if you have a window nearby your designated render spot, so you have to play around or use (Light) Primitives. Primitives are basically surfaces that can have entities, such as for lightning reflections.

One more thing to add: The darker the scene, the longer the render needs to look good, so make sure you either compensate or know that this will take longer.
