Daz Daz hair error

Does anyone know why this error occurs? And if possible, explain how I can fix it?

I believe so, I select the surface and drag the material over it and nothing changes, I try to click on the material and it also doesn't show any changes and in Surfaces I try to see if something is disabled and or enabled and also without success.

Since it's a DForce hairs, have you tried to run a simulation to see if it fix the issue?
And since it's Daz Studio, do a quick render with low preset, it wouldn't be the first time that the preview don't show the reality.

There is two type of hairs you will find with Daz assets:

- Card-based ones (use UberShader and variant as base, will show in Filament)
- Strand-based ones (use Dual lobe hair or OmniHair shader, will not show in Filament)

shader by Nvidia and most asset broker switched to it (OOT...).

OpenGL can show strand-based hair while Filament cannot, as it uses a plain viewport color within the shader instead.

Just a dumb question of mine. What is the error?
Stranded hair doesn't show a preview unless you check it on. It will show in the render. Just by looking at the image.
