Identify daz models, father & daughter stranded crusoe style, world overrun with bugs

1. characters are daz models
2. pc = father
3. theyre shipwrecked (i think?) and starve the first few days living off cool-aid concentrate
4. at some point daughter gets congested and pc can suggest fucking her in the ass to shake it loose and corrupt her more and more
5. later a stranger tribal girl appears that doesnt speak the language
6. theres a hermit woman living in the island's inland in a bamboo hut having a garden of sorts
7. the hermit can speak the stranger's language enough to translate a bit
8. near the end of what i played the tribal girl's whole village appears, stating the world has been overrun with hordes of bugs or something and humanity is on the way out
-- either the girl herself or her tribe states she's running a comming of age gauntlet, having to survive a full moon on the island without help.
-- obviously all females are love interests

renpy. incest, harem, anal, virgin, creampie, pregnancy afaik. adults and what i would class as loli. the bugs thing was mentioned at the end of the story when the whole town arrives.
