DAZ Studio ports legality question

Hi guys I am really curious about one specific topic, let's say I have got the model from DAZ studio, but for whatever reason I decided to port it for blender, I would really like to know is it legal to upload this model in the internet, I mean for free on the sites like smutbase or open3dlab? Thank you.

if it's a (free) base figure, then it's okay, if it's a model you made from a base model, then it's okay, if it's a (payed) model from any store, made by someone else, then it's not legal.

People really care, Only assholes dont care. There is a lot of creator who creating something and you just tell them in the face. It is okey to steal your work and dont pay for it.
