Are you looking for the toony shape style, or just the general hair shape. Daz doesn't do toony. but as for general hair shape, no I don't know of any asset.

Looking for more realistic style. Her hair style is asymmetrical bob.

To be honest, making the hair is only half the work, the other half is porting it over to daz to get it to work. Assuming though if you wanted the faster to render hair pane style hair. You may be able to get something made quicker using the Strand and dForce hair in daz, but since I use blender I don't know much about it.

You can get the asymmetric look. Bangs are what they are but that is probably the most closest you can get with ready made hair.
