Who do I gotta pay to make a porn game but like dead by daylight.

Its hard to ask any developer to make the game that you want even if you give them huge amount of money, even if u found one they most likely ignore you .
And the gameplay that you mentioned is decent, it's not 'wow' but not bad either.
