I don't have any knowledge of how the story of this game can continue but being a post-apocalyptic it seems logical to me that the humans that remain are not the kindest on the planet. Maybe Mom will have to do a couple of favors to save her offspring. I don't know, I'm not implying that it would happen, it just seems like a story to me that could very well happen.
Regarding NTR, a lot has been said on this page and on the internet in general and I do not intend to generate more controversy than there already is. There is a definition of NTR for every player.
For me, the definition is the following: In this type of game, where the player identifies with a MC who is a straight male, the only one who has sex is the MC, everything else is NTR.
And for me to be clear in MY definition: lesbian sex is sex, oral sex is sex. If a LI of the MC uses her genitals to obtain orgasms with any other person or animal, regardless of their sexual orientation, it's NTR.
If in any game there are more people who have sex with each other and have no relationship whatsoever with the MC, therefore non-NTR, why show it? I'm not watching a porn movie where 2 complete strangers have sex, I'm playing a game where I'm the protagonist, if a LI cheats on the MC it's like she's cheating on me.
In the case of this particular game, Deadmoon Survival, it is more than clear that it is an NTR game. It doesn't just say it on the tags. Several scenes are shown where Mon cheats on her partner (at that time) just because of her sexual desire, she also does it in a sneaky way, hiding it from her partner (also known as cheating/NTR). Regardless of the circumstances, Mom has no problem cucking her man. If she let herself be carried away by her desires at that moment, why wouldn't she repeat her actions later on?
Lastly, like you said, it seems correct to me that the relationship between MC, Mom and Sis can be considered a polyamorous relationship (throuple, threesome, whatever you want to call it). But not at the beginning and not until the 3 of them decide what type of relationship they want to have. You said it yourself, each of the 3 has a SECRET relationship with the other 2. It could perfectly be said that they all do NTR.
Normally, I don't develop Mods for NTR games (NTR by my definition). One of the reasons is that I don't want to get into these controversies. But Deadmoon Survival is an excellent game that needed a Mod.
