In previous posts you have a picture of my private inbox, thanking people for reviewing my games... So I am listening and I am taking ownership of my disasters.
I am only afraid of people saying stuff that is not true and not even trying to point out why do they say that or where do they get that.
I am here, taking care of this community, and answering with messages like yours, even when they directly insult me.
You just insulted me, breaking the #1 rule of this forum... I have never said anything so mean to anyone here, and I had my posts deleted...
Asking for time and patience is not an excuse... it is "asking for time and patience".
You were Directly writing to me, and I am only telling you that I would have appreciated that you approached to me the way I asked you months ago. Even more when you spread incorrect and uncontrasted information.
It's been months since I am having conversations with people and listening their feedback. I even opened new ways to get more feedback, such as Feedback Forms or Discord.

Do you know what is my situation? people here insulting me, saying that I am a liar without even trying to prove why does he says that, breaking the main rules of this forum, a bunch of guys liking those comments, and the STAFF of the site deleting part of my message because it was "leaking" a private message instead of deleting the stuff that is breaking the rules of their forum, and the most unbeliavable is that you can still see this message of a STAFF MEMBER leaking a private message I sent him and it's been there FOR MONTHS and noone deleted it...

Post #719 and 1,000 likes for a game with 6 cg images. Credit where credit is due. Some games with 100 times the content don't get that kind of coverage. Picking fights with the staff though, no matter how valid is not the smartest chess move.

I mean...I'll have to agree, this thread is certainly more, ahem, 'lively' shall we say, than other games' threads, but I don't think that is a good thing in this case.
In happier news meanwhile, I'll see if I can't mod some content into this Something Unlimited clone over the next week or so. Unlikely to be much, but I figure it can only be an improvement on what little is currently in the public builds.

The old saying no such thing as bad publicity comes to mind but seeing as we'll never know what the popularity of this game would have been had darth smut not acted like a dildo we'll never know.
I'm interested to see what you come up with. If anyone has the 3d art assets he used that would be one way to speed development up.

@Darth Smut has been permanently banned from the site. We haven't made this decision lightly, however the sheer amount of cancer in this thread has started overflowing to other threads, users and developers.
This thread, developer and game has been the subject of much discussion amongst the moderators, staff and admins over the past 6+ months. The constant fighting, arguments, manipulation, and drama which Darth Smut revels in is not welcome on the forums.
From manipulating other developers to 'steal' assets from them, to manipulating his like and review count, to reporting every single bad review that his game gets given, to immediately jumping on and attacking any negative feedback, to the constant PMs to Mods and Staff requesting comments be deleted, to manipulating the updates system to gain an unfair advantage... the list goes on...
I'm sure Darth Smut will go on to tell people how unfair we've been, and how everyone is ganging up against him, however we have gone above and beyond in dealing with this developer, and unfortunately enough is enough. The forum is better off without his brand of manipulative, psychopathic behavior.

Well then, I'm not sure how people traditionally introduce themselves on this forum....But I don't think I did it right. So, hi everyone! Thanks to all of you that read my post. I'm really happy people enjoyed it. It seemed like (almost) everyone was able to understand the points I was trying to make. I'm gonna try to be more active on here, but I don't really have any plans to make any other posts that long. That being said, if there's anyone who wants me to check out a game feel free to let me know. Don't worry, I'll be much nicer going forward. This whole thing was a special case. I really was just trying to give him a wake-up call, but once I saw his response, I realized that nothing good was going to come from attempting to engage with him any further. I'm pretty sure most of you realized what I was trying to say, but just to make it clear. When I said he was using a template, I meant conceptually. The whole design of the game was clearly based off of SU. The overall game concept already existed, he didn't come up with the idea's for the Core Features and Basic Gameplay loop. It seem's like more of that game was made/taken from other people's work than was actually created by him. I am still pretty bummed about one thing though.....I'm pretty sure that I'm not goi-I mean Steve's not going to get his pee scene

One of his patreons will post the game files somewhere eventually and then they'll end up here, then I figure a mod will edit the original post. Seeing as he is technically no longer the original poster and anyone is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong but you're more likely now to get a more recent release of the game. I will laugh if after all this it turns out to be excellent.

.Damn, man, I had been exchanging PMs with him for the past 2-3 weeks, giving him yet another chance to change that he didnt deserve. Thats why I stopped posting on this thread for so long, so he would trust my advice - given that when people looked at him sideways he went off the deep end. I actually thought he might be starting to change, he actually replied to me for once. Even acknowledged his pride was an issue, he had stopped posting dumb aggressive shit for two weeks and even edited a post twice for clarity. But then the posts over the last few days, he just went straight back to his worst habits.
It was always "in a few days, in the future, when I can, it'll take time", no reason was ever given for why it would take time though. I created a list of patreon projects to show him, ones making heaps of money with no in game rewards, limited release delays, and much lower prices. These are the games on this site that give a shit about players, and this community respects that shit. It's ironic really, a forum for pirates filled with some of the most generous and respectful people on the web.
There's that bit at the end of Knights of the Old republic where Revan can tell Bastilla that he wasnt able to redeem Malak, she looks stunned for a moment that Revan had tried, had even considered the idea given how unlikely the odds, but it is arguably one of the defining light side moments of the game. What Im saying is thank you to everyone here who tried to help this guy, even if it was hopeless. Thanks to the mods who spent heaps of their time, time they give freely, dealing with the guy; protecting the forum, but giving him every chance to change. Thanks to all the users, and even other game devs, who have waded in and given advice, with more kindness and consideration than I was able to muster a lot of the time.
I protested this game from the start because I didn't want to see the bullshit going on in Triple A and mobile gaming happen here, but given how this community handled itself, I dont think I will be as afraid of that prospect in future, because clearly we can handle it.

All the updates posted here are public anyway, just need to grab from his patreon and post here. Or wait until one of his 100 patreons leaks a version (that has not happened yet).

Thanks!! Steve was about to play some Monster Hunter World, but I think his plans just changed. I fear he's going to end up like Quagmire when he found out about internet porn. I swear, he can be a complete degenerate sometimes with the stuff he plays/watches. I can't really blame him though, the first VN he ever played was EUPHORIA.......he's never been the same. Not to mention, that at this point, it's quite possible he may actually have the world record for edging.....
