I started playing and saw that you could avoid certain ntr and femdom situations and there is also an "Alpha path" at the gym, I always thought this game was about hard ntr.
Is it optional or are there only false options?

Few bugs:
- when talking to Blair, it teleports me to the Sunday fight club.
- The option to insult the husband disappeared from one playthrough, meaning I couldn't get his score below 20 to divorce him.

Gay content avoidable?

I think you can refuse and avoid every single sex scene in the game if you are careful. There also is an alpha/omega counter that's all about not being bottom (which is what most male characters do to you anyway).
Getting into uncomfortable situations seems to be the core of the game though.

If I counted right there are five girls you can have fun up with, including the spouse.
Keep in mind that the game will show you dick everywhere though, and you'll have to talk to a well endowed jock to get to one of the girls. If you are uncomfortable with that it might not be for you.

Of course you can simply play as the female character to avoid the gay.
