There's a decent idea here, but it's missing a bunch of connective tissue. It comes off as a series of scenes that are very tailored to a specific kink but don't bother with most of the setup to give them context. Like if you decide to start turning tricks there's no introduction to any of the johns; all of the scenes act like you know them already and everything is already at full tilt rather than easing you into it.
It'd be a lot better with a setup like the lil chihuahua dude offering to be your pimp and going through a progression of scenes with each client. Even when it comes to the whole NTR angle that works out better, because then you're building up an attachment to these other people and introducing some conflict into the main relationship. Then it's got these other ideas that spin off in wildly different directions but they're all just stubs. The developer needs to focus on getting the core experience nailed down before exploring these other branches.
There are also these mechanics that aren't very functional. Girl dog has pregnancy while boy dog has pack status and neither one do much. I'd like to see those have more of an effect on the main relationship and for that to be more than just a once per day hurt-or-heal. Boy dog struggling to win back his wife's respect as his pack status drops or girl dog having risky sex and struggling to justify her decisions to boy dog are a lot more interesting and should be the meat and potatoes of the game.
It also needs to work out a way to get through without cheating. With the sandbox approach the whole bit is to ensure that it's technically possible to make the 'right' decisions while constantly hanging temptation to do all the wrong things to get ahead in front of the player.
