I am a developer, a pro, not in porn game. As i can see RPGM and the art quality of Defenestration...
Yes, there is a lot of work into this game.
The problem is the work time between update and the update content, we all feel like the updates are rushed at le last days after month of patreon milking or we feel FreshMulan goes in all direction for too few result. Beside that i guess no one doubt FreshMulan did a lot of work in this game. We love this game for something and this something came from FreshMulan mind / work.

Not really. As I said, nothing of actual substance. Just excuses and vague claims that they are getting "close". It seems the current goal is to entirely finish the wardrobe, body mods, and pictures aspect of the game before releasing anything since then the "hard part" will be done. Which would be incredible, but who's to say how many years that will actually take them.
Yea, i have read almost the exact same shit from Mulan about 2 years ago. It was about art rework back then - same shit "once we finish it, adding new content will be much faster and easier."

2 Years ? but last update is from 15.05.2021 ? so update will be release but not on this month.

The last update was 9 months ago, but the art rework has been cooking since 2020. The team's claims are once they finish the art rework and overhaul of systems, a normal release schedule can resume. We'll see.

Yes, exactly! Which means his excuse from 2 years ago was bs then and is definitely complete bs now - updates are coming slower and have less actual content(new CGs/h-scenes) than before.

If I remember correctly, 2 latest 'updates' contained 1 scene each (random fuck and MF/FF scene on the square in vivarium). The last release which we can really name an update contained the farm content. Am i right? But i don't remember when it was released.
The first rework was since december 2018 up to september 2019. And it was half done, half of scenes wasnt redrawn, mosfilm was completly removed. After that mulan was doing no less than 6months his gym update. Then was "new you" update. After it mulan started farm that is still maybe "half-done" according to some of earlier posts.
