Is it possible to play the game with zero to minimum body modifications?

I'd say yes since you can mostly avoid body modification (first boobjob is mandatory tho but you can revert it at some point)

And if it's mandatory you can always revert it. Some decisions lead to unexpected changes if you don't follow the story but if you read everything you do not have to worry about that

Okay so update is mostly in expanding the existing. Rather than just whinging on - do hope the next one advances some of the story paths properly.
Actually did a full play through again and caught the new I guess - not that burdensome really, wanted to see if I could end up near same stats, and did!

Other thing Mulan could do, update some of the old references in quest log, small thing but modestly annoying as easy clean-ups.
