Since the whole point of the corruption is becoming more and more of an exhibitionist/slut, is there any chance we're gonna see that veer into exhibitionist urination at some point? Or is that a bit "not a chance" zone for this game's creator?

I don't remember if it was on Discord or Patreon but I believe eggnancies were planned at one point.

Pretty much. We're waiting on the final ritual with Mother, then the next few days of the Farm. After that regular pregnancy will be available since right now there's only one or two repeatable vaginal events. You have the Beast in Vivarium and I don't remember if Bobby Fisherman's sex scene is repeatable or not.

From what I remember of the Discord chat on tentacles and such was that one of the future areas is supposed to be overtly Lovecraftian in nature. I guess we can take that as a confirmation?
Most likely it won't happen in anyone here's lifetime
this is one of the best games ever the updates are just infuriating in terms of so pointless i rather wait ages for a gigantic one that has progress with quest/side missions then updating the character itself as just surprises and bonuses to the big update.

I haven't forgotten. But this game is full of shit and the content and the script and the lyrics. The only thing that is more or less good in it is the original concept.Have you forgotten on what kind of forum you are or translating smut has rotten your brain?
