Prevent, and yes its like the others but a step closer to penetration. And yes, you need to be conscious to upkeep it.
Encounters can end in two ways: NPC reaching max arousal or NPC reaching max pain. Also pretty sure there's a bit of control you regain after beating up the assailants.
Yeah I know about those two ways. My question was, is there a way to somehow remove his dick once inside you, or do you simply end the encounter with him still inside,but he pulls out as his pain reaches max ,without him cumming preventing pregnancy
