I think its this, been a while since I done it, but it is something along these lines. Or reset database, try reset first.

Thank you, deleted successfully. but still said that "Duplicate formulas found".

There should be a "readme" text file included in the download of each asset. It should have a list of all the files in that asset. If the install manager can't remove a file, you may have to delete items from that list manually.
