Is there an uninstall option for games ? I'm assume that I can simply just delete the games I downloaded using Delete?

If you want to be sure (in case someone else goes thru your shit):
Unmask the hidden folders and go to: C:\Users\(your PC's name)\AppData\Roaming\RenPy <== Folder for the RenPy Games Saves. (delete it - if you really want to erase them all)
For Other game's engines (tyrano - unity) Saves are either in C:\Users\(your PC's name)\AppData\Local*
or C:\Users\(your PC's name)\AppData\LocalLow *
most of the time the folder you search for has the game's name - if not search a bit for an "unusual name"
after that run a registry cleaner - like Ccleaner - that should do the trick for your either privacy or intimacy.
