There are a lot of good things about the game, great art, well made, plenty of after story, nice characters, good MC, it's actually complete, large amount of content, etc... so its still worth a look.

So what is Deliverance?
It’s a weird game… from the insane amount of blowjob animations that his game has to the insanely crazy story… I can’t hate this game, don’t take me wrong, this is far from an “excellent” game, but I find it endearing. It has an insane amount of content for NSFW visual novel standards and I can appreciate that, but it’s not “great content” it is just “fine”.

Is this game worth my hard earned money?
It’s a dense and weird experience. For some reason most of the sex scenes are blowjobs, so if you really, REALLY love blowjobs this is an easy recommendation. But for everyone else, I think this will depend on how much you like the models and how much you are willing to embrace the craziness of the plot. I think this game, under those circumstances, is worth the asking price. But if you only want to play this game to watch the sex scenes, wait for a deep sale.

Probably one of the best games. The story is good and crux. The strength of this game story is well-balancing every aspect, power fantasy and sexual fantasy adds more layer to the main detective story.

This game has one of the best "path crafting" I've seen on the site. Instead of simply branching out into different paths leading each to a different ending, it gives the player a lot of leeway to steer the story while aiming for a particular goal.

I focused on Kat, the wife, on sharing her and on keeping her in the end, so my review will reflect these choices, and what I got from them. Meanwhile, tried to fuck around as much as possible with other girls, paying attention to whether it would mean neglecting your wife, and avoiding that.

In the end, I got a pretty cool, loving ending, where sharing decisions didn't become dominant in your relationship. This is the best way to write a wife-sharing story, imho. In the end, it's still just you and her, implicitly enjoying memories of your "spiced-up" adventures, but not bound to a relationship where the sharing aspect takes up all the space. To be clear: in the ending I got, there's a final sharing scene and then, the MC and his wife retiring to a wholesome life in the village, with no further references to other guys. You can imagine they wouldn't stop doing it in the future, but it remains untold. I'd want to give this five stars, just for nailing this so well, where other games don't.

Importantly, in none of the sharing scenes, or the conversations leading to, or stemming from those scenes, does the MC come out as a "beta" cuck. I want to stress this, for those who, like me, are seeking games where this kink can be present, but are turned off by any suggestion that the MC actually "prefers" to watch his wife with others, than fuck her himself. Not wanting to shame anyone who enjoys it, just clarifying that this story doesn't go that way. You're always in control, in every single situation. Throughout the whole story, you can maintain a fully satisfying and meaningful relationship with Kat, where sharing is just a side-aspect of it.

The developer even avoided making the MC be the one pushing the wife for *his* pleasure. In Deliverance, there's a perfect balance, possibly not significant for many, but important to me: it's all about the MC and his wife taking pleasure in each other's pleasure, which, in my book, translates to a wholesome relationship. Even in the first chance you get to choose whether or not to engage in this aspect, it's a subject that seems to come around naturally, from teasing, not as a deep and inescapable fantasy of an "already corrupt" character. Kat is never portrayed as a slut who can't say no to any dick, but as a someone with a great and carefree sex drive, who wants to explore and channel it in ways that please both her and the MC. On more than one occasion, incidentally, they even use that as a path to further their main story goals, which brings a kinkier aspect to it, but never coming out of desperation.

By contrast, while the wife's adventures are all consensual and mostly witnessed, some even participated in by the MC, the player is allowed to "go all the way" with other girls, but the MC never discusses that with his wife. This may be one aspect where the game is not exactly complete - it would make sense for them to talk about it, but they don't, the MC cheats, and both the MC and others assume it and comment on it. I might take a star out for this, saying that the devs could easily have written in ways for the MC to engage with other girls with the full consent of his wife, and it would even be technically easy to add preambles and postfaces to each scene that made use of the same rendered material, but added the wife watching and enjoying herself, just like the MC does. But, then, it might have objectified the other girls a bit too much, if that path were taken. Maybe it's best that such a pitfall was avoided.

Additionally, as I found out upon reaching the final happy ending, their story seemed so perfect that the contrast with these "shadier" choices by the MC weighed in on my conscience, and I found it brilliant! It took some pleasure out of the bliss: the MC got a happy retirement with his wife, surrounded by friends, but you, the player, know that you betrayed her (if you chose to), your friends, your best buddy. Again, this is the way to do it, imho. I hate "crime and punishment" stories where "bad choices lead to bad endings", life is just not that way. Sometimes we screw up, and sometimes we get away with it. Our conscience is the ultimate judge, and this game, in the way it allows you to exploit opportunities without facing "fatal" consequences, confronts you with your choices in a much stronger way.

It made me want to play again and try all the "right" choices, not because the choices I made lead to a defeat scenario, but to see if I feel better about it in the end. This is as good a reason to replay a game, as I've ever seen.

So no, not a single reason to take out a star. This is an excellent work of creativity, one that lets the player engage with the story and prompts you to reflect on your choices, instead of passing judgement. Gets my wholehearted congratulations.

PS: As I noted at the beginning, these impressions come from my first, and, so far, single playthrough, so they likely reflect only part of what the game has to offer. Let them help others who seek the same experience, but not discourage those who would like to get something different from playing the game, as there are many different paths, different love interests to end the game with, and you can avoid the sharing aspect altogether.

This is a true adult visual novel. In essence it has a captivating story, interesting characters and hot sex scenes.

Here are my two biggest take aways:

Sarah's incredible fucking ass. I'll admit when it comes to butt sex vs pussy sex, I always choose the later. But this Bitch's ass is so amazingly thicc you literally want to "fuck that shit up". This chick knows exactly what she's doing because fuck, every time you sneak a peek at that ass, her G-string's trying to escape the abyss of her crack "help". I would now consider myself a chef, a connoisseur of chocolate cream pies if you will.

Katherine's tremendous sex appetite. Ignoring the fact she literally has a fuck fest all game, this Bitch Kat has come to an agreement with her husband. She can fuck any guy as long as he's watching not far away. The belief is their love grows as they stare into each other's longing eyes while she gets fucked hard ten different ways. This is true love, a love story for the ages. Oh, did I forget to mention, this bitch has HUGE TITS. If there's one thing you can take from this game, you will truly know the meaning of "Fun Bags".

- Story is a bit far-fetched but also quite entertaining. Choices do matter here. I'm not gonna lie, there were a few times where I didn't know what the hell was going on and I think my decisions broke the game xD I mean towards the final confrontation, out of the blue, the game just kept sending me to the main menu I had to redo some of my choices in order to get a decent ending. BTW when there is sharing and cheating I prefer a "corruption" element involved (that makes it spicier IMO) Instead we have a wife who is pretty much a slut from the very beginning, so that's what we get here.

- Characters: Good MC, girls are great (well written).

- Renders/Animations: Renders are great, animations are passable.

- Music: Great tunes most of the game, however, oddly, sex scenes have no music at all, I suppose this is because Copyright issues, if not, I don't understand.

Overall the game is pretty good, It needs to be polished a bit, but it was enjoyable. I like that the developer tried to give us something out of the ordinary, so I'd give it a 7.5/10.

This will have heavy spoilers sprinkled in. If I marked all of them, it would be entirely censored, so I advise not reading this if you want to play. I played as a mostly morally man, faithful to Katherine, who shared her, and reached ending 8/8. The game is huge, took me half a month to reach even one of the endings, playing half an hour every evening or so.

I have to say, the story was just serviceable. That might not seem like high praise, but I'm someone who doesn't really care much for the story if the characters aren't good.

So, the characters. Before I talk about some individually, I have to say a few things on the character designs.
- The still faces are usually very pretty/well done, but laughing seems to always morph them into a monstrousity.
- The naked models are unironically better proportioned than the clothed models, or at least that's true of Katherine and Andrea. While clothed, their bum seems to grow at least thrice as big, which is genuinely weird to look at.

Wayne. He's okay, all in all. I do think that sometimes he's glazed a bit too hard by every breathing creature around him, even when he's said nothing clever or done nothing impressive. Still, he's never too arrogant (at least not in the "help your friends" route, that's probably different in the "control them" route) and he's sweet to his wife if you choose him to be.

Katherine. I really liked her, she's sweet and sassy and spicy, all in the right amounts. I can safely say that she was the highlight of the game for me. There's no reason given for her and Wayne split, but oh well.

Sarah. Maybe because I didn't lean into her romantically, but she repeated the same exact character arc a solid 5 times. "I'm not good enough! Yes I am! Oh no, I fucked up, I'm the lowest form of life! Screw that, I kick ass!". Honestly, I could've done with half of those being cut down.

Rose. At least in ending 8, she does quite literally nothing. Again, maybe because I didn't lean into her.

Andrea. She also does nothing, but is treated as the biggest deal. She also almost makes out with you randomly literal seconds before meeting up with her husband, whom she sacrificed everything to get back.

Dahlia. She's probably the cutest model in the game, and a sweetheart. I don't know if she works amazingly as a Kath replacement, but at least she had an happy ending.

Sondheim. Was genuinely scary and the better villain of the story. Someone that could have been defeated by the characters instead of a literal cosmic being that's never explained.

Yes, that's a dig at Sanguis Regis. I genuinely think the only reason she had a human form was to show her naked in one scene. She also shows up so many times, almost does something, and then goes "your time has not come yet. Spoooookyyyy" and leaves. She stopped being scary after she did that for the 20th time.

Now, the gameplay. Or rather, the choice system. It usually lets you choose between explicitly evil and explicitly good. Other choices are whether you share Katherine or not. Overall, it does feel like you're shaping Wayne's path.

The renders/graphics/animations were all good. Some of the places are genuinely off putting, like Sondheim's house. When the camera went around corners, even if I knew the game couldn't handle a fast moving jump scare or anything, I was still on edge. Great stuff.

The pacing of the story was the main drawback for me. A scene will go from normal to "everyone is now naked and bouncing on each other" in exactly 0 panels. It also does the opposite, going from sweet lovemaking to "WE NEED TO RUN, THE DEMON IS SPREADING LEGOS ON ALL OUR FLOORS". This happens for every single change of scenery/pace, and you kinda have to get used to it.

Overall, I still enjoyed the game a good amount. I recommend it. Not sure to who specifically... There wasn't much sharing content, but it seems like there's LOADS of harem content, so if you like having 5+ women foaming at the mouth for you, this is for you. And even if you don't and play like I did, you might still end up enjoying it like me.

5* just for Katherine...vanilla or sharing route.

I think the concept with this game is great, it has some amazing action and some really great tough deciosns, though a lot of the LIs did not work for me and i really felt the game dragged and started to get stale, it is still very good, but could have been shorter and more fleshing out of the LIs and it would have been great for me

This is a tough one to rate. As it has a lot of positives and negatives.

Keep in mind that I played this game mainly for the swinging / sharing content

Positives:
- Visuals: The visuals are great, it includes animations that are well done and feels high quality.
- Has an interesting story: The story has good spelling and grammar and is good conceptually.
- Has good pacing. Good mix of sex scenes and story.
- Has a lot of different options
- Long story line with a lot of content
- Realistic proportions for the women
- A variety of women to have sex with

Negatives:

- The biggest negative for me was that the sex scenes are not well written and rely on the visuals. The author of this game seems to be decent at writing a storyline, but does not know how to effectively write sexy dialogue or create scenes with high levels of sexual tension.

- A lot of the sex scenes have very little build up and tension so it's mainly the visuals for stimulation. I vastly prefer games where the text of the sex scenes is written very well and the visuals are just extra.

- I mainly followed a loyal husband sharing route and there are some issues with this route if you take it.

1. Some scenes in the game will have characters react to you as if you're fucking them / cheating on your wife, when you aren't.

2. The game kinda slowly builds some sharing content through exhibition at first, which was promising, and then the first sharing scene is your wife full blown sucking a random gross guy off in a dirty alleyway... I personally prefer when games slowly build the sharing tension and ease their way into it, or at least start sharing with a person or couple they have built a relationship. I guess technically you can tell her not to do it, but its still odd to have that as the first option.

For me, what ended up happening is that once i realized this game is mainly meant to be played cheating husband I just stopped reading and fast forwarded as it's not for me.

Story was ok to start with but changes into something totaly diffrent which should be explained on the front page since it sure as fuck wasent what i expected it to be, you play a cop that gets kicked off the force and starts up as a private investergator, so pretty standard cop story and that part i liked..

Also to me the game dosent really make any sense, MC is hired to follow someones wife to find out if shes cheating which she is, then MC makes contact with the wife? why? theres just no point since job is done and he should go back to he client and give him the news, but instend game turns into an idiotic b-porn movie so MC can now get some slobby seconds fucking her right after hes just watched another dude fuck her....i mean what the fuck...but the good news is you can just stop right away and choose to end the case...but to me it should never have been an option to presure her to sex, MCs is married and by the looks of it hes in a happy marriage so it just dosent make sense for him to start cheating or becoming a pervert and fuck whores and prosttues, atleast its optional.

In short: A game worth playing since the setting is kind of fresh and unusual, it brings a lot to the table and can be played very satisfying. The optics are a little dated, but the story makes up for it. The sexual fantasies are broad, from vanilla-faithful over optional little kinks like to optional NTR (or more netorase). There are many endings that are linked to your decisions, even if I would say the link is sometimes weak or even not noticable.
You can also see that the developer improved a lot from the beginning to the end: The visual quality got better as the presentation of the plot and some other minor flaws vanished.

Approximated playtime if you read all of it about 16 hours. If you replay with skipping the seen parts, maybe 20 hours.

What I don't like:
The text lines or scenes are sometimes (mostly in the beginning; not too often) not that connected. There are leaps from one thread to the other. The characters talking about their day and then jumping into another scene without interlude.

The girls are optically different but they are (almost) all sexually very open and characterly not that different.

Sharing (Netorase) is only possible with your wife.

It is sometimes hard to understand how the game is meant to be played. For example there is a female officer working with the MC. You can get closer to her or not. But can you be a good friend to her and not cheat on your wife? What actions lead to cheating - ? Also you have to spend some times with other girls in order to get to certain (non sexually related) story scenes as the girls can for example be your source of information.
This means a lot of freedom, you can play this game really in various ways that really differ from each other. I also like this ways not to be that clear. But as I am trying to reach all ends by repeatedly playing it, I still manages to only reach not only half of them, not knowing what I chose "wrong".
I think this point is between the good and the bad as it really brings some "open world" feeling.


What I like:
- The story is not that foreseeable.
- The sex scenes are rewarding and well written. Not too much text, no repetition, but hot text, good build up and quite nice fetishes.
- The topic of the game is not overused but quite refreshing
- The story is in most parts logical. The ending might be a little rushed, but not too much to spoil the fun. There is an explaination for everything important and no open threads
- The game is varied and changes the main theme more than once.

If the author would bring himself to create a directors cut of the game, it could be one of the greatest games here. Simply just add some more hints to the results of your choices (just a little), straighten the plot a little in the second third of the game (maybe put some things from the endgame into this part) and add some more NTR-scenes with other ladies. There were some possiblities were it would have felt natural.

Played Deliverance for around 8 hours, just wasn't digging it after a while, and didn't finish it as a result. Too many things felt off: story was meandering, sharing was only MC's wife (why the hell not sharing the MC as well?), scene transitions and pacing were jarring and abrupt, sex scenes themselves weren't engaging or hot.

Felt more like the game was being developed without any planning or thought behind what happens next. And it felt like the entire sharing mechanic was a pseudo-NTR cuck for the MC only; it never allowed the MC's wife to share him with other women, which is unbelievably lame and short-sighted.

Not going to go too into-depth with this one, as it just left a bad taste in my mouth playing it. Didn't feel enticing, or rewarding, or pleasing at all.. either reading or viewing scenes.

Result is a 2.8 from me on it. It's not really as good a game as the overall rating would lead you to believe - there are far better options out there now.

Loved the story, and the women. The characters were beautiful and loved the animation. For me the sharing was really fun and the way different characters were interacting together was well flushed out. I replay the sharing scenes pretty often, it's very well thought out.

Although I had high hopes for the game at first and played it to the end,this game suffers from what many low effort and low bugget or otherwise VNs and other porn games: a coherent and well written story that makes the player invested and to care about the characters and relate even if a little with the protagonist or his companions or antagonists,in short it lacks substance and nuance,everything is oversimplified or at a very mediocre level of though like the black and white mentality or anyone who opposes the protag is "evil" pr that every "villain" is someone in pain and the protag can fix them and bring them to light,themes and tropes that are not only absurd but overused to the point of being expired from 70s or earlier onwards till recently when some nuance was added,this game is unfortunatly quite old by porn game standards and that is very noticeable from the way it is made and works out,compare it to a game made in 2024 or even 2022 and the difference is big,it is a general trend.

Some scenes are good,others are mediocre (most of them),the endings are terrible and contain cliffhangers like the sanguis regis ending which I find the best,music is ok-ish and the choices are so irrelevant that make telltale games look interactive.
Overall a 4,5/10 as I hate the innacurate star system.

After 23h of playtime, I finally finished this behemoth of a game. It’s passable, but not all good. Since it took so damn long to complete this thing, not holding back on the review either. 3.5/5, but 4 because I believe the dev really tried the best he or she could.

TL;DR: Eye-Catching supernatural religious VN with OCD sex loop that runs waaay too long. Brilliant in flashes, but often misguided and tone deaf. Only play for time to kill or if you fancy having unconnected porn intermissions pop up every 10 minutes.

Blood is the spice of life. No idea who actually said that, but it's definitely what deliverance is all about. This game is long - too long - but it makes for an epic supernatural experience. Or an abysmal detective experience. It all depends on how you look at things. There's a great game hidden underneath a pile of blood.

STORY
Let me be clear - THIS IS NOT A DETECTIVE GAME. Baited into playing this and about 3 hours in, the whole detective angle is completed. When things go supernatural, it seems like there is no end in sight. I quit playing and came back at least 4 times. Took 23h for a playthrough and that could easily have been reduced to 10 - 12 hours if the game’s quality had been increased. That said, if you're into story just for passing time you'll get more than enough of it.

The overall story has potential and you feel the developer took time out to research cults, symbolism and supernatural powers. Not exactly my preference when it comes to subjects, but at times the level of detail is commendable. Sadly, writing is at times flat and uninspiring. Has high moments, but also tonedeaf ones that make your guts turn around. It's precisely a mixed bag.

Characters help sell a couple dozen moments, most notably MC’s wife. But even waifu is subject to occasional weird poses, incorrect facial expressions and behavior devoid of reasoning. It all stems from the amount of content - with thousands of renders, I feel quality often sacrificed quantity. The second half of the game especially feels too cluttered with filler content, for the dev to ultimately speedfeed explanations in the final chapter. Pacing seems a bit off because of it.

Although I like the game’s idea of blurring the line between bad and good, it’s often hard to tell due to stereotypical responses. Wifey is a bit of an exhibitionist, your case partner is focused on anal (because she’s got a big ass), dinner girl has nice feet and is into leg fetish. The main sidekicks have a few plot points that arcs their character appropriately, but the moment sex kicks in, all development is halted. The main threat isn’t explained until the final, final moments which doesn’t allow you to build a feeling around it.

GRAPHICS
It truly feels like two different games - a VN about supernatural powers and one about sex-crazed friends - forcefully combined. One moment you’re grieving about a senseless death and the immediate next your wife asks you to pull your dick out for kicks. When taken as two separate games, they work better - but together it’s a chaos that lessens the experience.

If you’re here for sex encounters and funsies however, there are a lot of sex scenes in this game. From random quickies to fetishes and even sharing and swapping - I’ve had at least 30 scenes in my playthrough and I took the ‘wifey first’ route. Imagine what the other routes are like. It’s a sex circus, but somehow they refrained from ‘supernatural’ sex scenes.

GAMEPLAY
There are a lot of choices to make in this game and while not all impactful, it mainly breaks down into a ‘hero’ and ‘villain’ tree. Other reviews reveal that the villain path would actually be more fun, but I think the hero arc is the original story. I had Ending 6 of 8, so that tells you how much of a paragon I was. A perfect life.

OVERALL
This game could really benefit from a remaster. There’s diamond level material in there if you look for it, but it’s hidden under piles and piles of monotonous cycles. Glad I experienced it, but if you’re looking for a killer story - please look elsewhere or find some let’s plays.
