RPGM - Demon Deals [v0.06.5a] [Breadman Games]

To start: I'm reviewing this not as a finished product, but as a work in progress, so I'm not going to dock the game points for lack of content (although I do have some nitpicks).

Here's the things I like about Demon Deals:

• This game's story is pretty damn good. It's obviously not trying to be high art, but it takes a number of concepts that plenty of H-games have done before (deals with the Devil, using powers to corrupt and seduce family and friends, etc.) and subverts them in interesting ways.
• The actual writing of characters is good, as well—the MC and the main characters, in particular the mom, are given reasonable motivation and show genuine familial affection for each other, in addition to the added layer of sexual tension.
• Something a lot of RPG Maker H-games don't pay attention to is the quality of map assets, but for the most part, the character sprites and tilesets all look very consistent with each other, and stray away from the exact same "default RPGM" look.
• The art is of a consistently high quality throughout, sticking to a unified art style with a cartoony, stylized aesthetic that doesn't deform characters so much as to make them unsexy. H-scenes are well-paced and well-animated.

And here's my nitpicks, although I don't consider any of them significant enough to dock points:

• The main story can feel railroady at times—the game often has the appearance of open-world sandbox gameplay, but really, the only thing to do is to advance the main story. There's nothing wrong with a more linear approach, and I imagine this will lessen as more side content is added, but it does generate some odd friction at times.
• There are still some assets which feel clashy, even if the overall tileset work is good; again, I imagine this will be ironed out over time.
• The main BGM for the game is... weird. It's not outright terrible or annoying, but it has a bit of a "bad MIDI" feel.
• The hyper on some characters (particularly w/r/t the MC's dick) is a little off-putting to me. However, I acknowledge that's a matter of taste, and I'm not going to begrudge an H-game for having an idea of what it finds sexy, and sticking to it.

This game is pure gold

-Characters are hot af
-Animations are 10/10 i mean fo real can't be better, maybe add sounds but there are so smooth i forgot
-The world is easy to travel
-The personalities of characters are cool
-Character stories are simple but cool

This is good if you like the art style this is top. I hope we got updates whitout delay. Support creator, he/she really deserved.

It's unbelievable that this scenario would make $5,000 a month.
cliché, silly, cheap... you fuck every woman you meet, you have a dick the size of mc's legs, all women's body sizes are exaggerated, all relationships are too silly to be true. mc is depicted as shota on the map but is shown as adult on cg's?? like a joke
The shota theme is my #1 sexual motivator, but I abhor these types of games. 0 star.

The potential of this game is spectacular! Excellent art, great characters, simple and easy to understand quests and without that annoying "stepmother" "stepsister" censorship that inevitably takes the fun out of incest.
I hope this game keeps the essence until the end!

Wow, what a game! I'll start off by saying I typically HATE RPGM games, but I seriously loved this game! Usually what puts me off RPGM games is the background / pixel art not matching the drawn art, but I thought this was done very well. The setting seems great and is already quite rich, with plenty more opportunities for expansion.

I really liked the art overall, I thought it was very high quality. I loved the choice of making all the women thick as fuck, may not be to everyone's tastes but for content in a game, I thought it was a great move. On the topic of the characters, I thought there was a great variety with different ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, overall look, etc. I can't really think of a 'type' of woman that isn't represented somewhere in the game which is a huge plus for me. I don't typically like the whole 'monster' type of characters but the demon woman has awoken something in me...

The story itself is quite good. There's multiple engaging main story lines and the side characters seem to have deep stories / backgrounds of their own. I thought the dialog was really good, some comedy here and there would be a nice touch but overall no complaints from me.

The H-scenes are really good too. There's a great deal of content already in the game with plenty more to come from the looks of things. So far I think full blown sex has only been with lesser / side characters which I think is fine as it makes sense to let things progress naturally between the main characters. A couple requests I think everyone would like would be some facesitting, most of the characters have really voluptuous bodies so I feel like this is a no brainer! Some more niche requests would be more anal and a dominant / femdom character (I would recommend the English teacher but it seems like so far the MC is trying to become dominant over her, so maybe a different / new one? The goth girl would be my next suggestion unless a purpose made character is the move). Before I played 0.4 I was going to suggest adding trap content but that was delivered with the update, so thank you!


Not sure if they were bugs but I wasn't able to see the result of buying the spy cameras, I installed them and didn't see anything to do with them after that. I did this on 0.4 by the way, not sure if that was supposed to be done in 0.3? The other thing is the missing pages with the sister, I didn't see those anywhere across the map so couldn't progress that. Other than those bugs (if they are bugs), I didn't encounter any others, so bravo! I did notice you minimised the HUD a bit from 0.3 to 0.4, I think you could go a step further and remove 'Money' and replace it with just a $ sign, nitpicky I know, but something I noticed!

No other comments from me other than I really enjoyed this game and I'm looking forward to what's next, so much that I made a SubscribeStar account to support the game!

Incredible art, a good diversity of characters and more important, diferent feels between each relationship. Been so soon in development gives it moments when you must use an item to pass time in game that is not very clear of when it has passed the amount you wanted, but I trust that in the future with content that will no longer feel so predominant to advance the game.

This is a fun game that's in the starting stages. Lots of MILFs with giant boobs and asses. If that and hand drawn artwork aren't your thing, pass it by and stop leaving stupid reviews.

This song has a story in line with Urban Demons from the start, but is WAY better illustrated. The dev, Breadman, is very out front on the site by answering questions and responding. That makes the game even better in my view.

The only thing I can say about this that I'm not fond of is the wait time between updates, but I totally understand that I'm just an impatient bastard. The frames and animations are all hand drawn and take some time to finish. As a developer myself, I understand how that can be.

Breadman puts up as much information as he can, and streams himself drawing the panels on his Discord. He's definitely a creator worth supporting. Good guy, great artwork, and fun start to the game. I can't wait to see where it goes.

A quick tip. If you're going to review the games, actually bother to play them. If it's not a game for you, don't take the time to write anything. Just move along. Reviews are supposed to tell others who like this genre if they should try it or not. Not to hear you whine that this game doesn't appeal at all to you. If you have bugs, try talking in the forum instead of saying the game sucks because you can't figure it out. Ask a few questions before giving the game a one star rating because you're too dumb to figure out the UI. The developer and fans of the game will answer you fairly quickly and helpfully. That's what the forum is for, not the review page.

Too many people here discourage developers from finishing the game by whining. Don't do that. This game is too much fun. It should be a solid five stars. So let's keep it going!

This game has come very far in the few versions that I've seen so far and is definitely in my top 3 for 2D sex games. I am at the edge of my seat for v.04 which comes out in about a week . Breadman's art speaks for itself and the expressions of the characters make the H-scenes so much more enjoyable than other games. I can tell the game is becoming more advanced in terms of coding with each update and a lot of thought is put into the character arcs and variation in body types, personalities, etc. Keep up the fantastic work Breadman!

Eww i don't know what to say, disgusting art definitely not for me, faces are great but i cant even bust a nut to this.. the story is off like sex scenes are so fast forwarded there is really no background, no teasing.. really fast-paced. i feel like im watching a comic and not really playing a game, i cant really get involved with the game.. Really bad coding also i dont know how it got such a high rating. when everything about this game is downhill i wish good luck to dev and will comeback after an year because this really will not be fixed ever if not anytime soon... Sheeesh

just a work of art the unique style of art is magnificent i am sincerely in love with this game and i hope it can continue to be updated i hope that in the next versions there can be more content with the mother i really liked the incestuous development of the game

Still early in development, but the theme of this game + execution made it the first game i wanted to rate and write an review for. Big potential. Cant wait to see what the future holds in store for our MC. Hopefully he will have to visit the nurse soon.

Good shit. Love that the dev is active and communicates frequently on board. Everything I hope that the other devs would do more of. Doesn't take suggestions as criticism, really great game and great animations and story line.

Gives off a Urban Demons vibe but in a really good direction. If the potential is met with what's established and set up, this is going to be a brilliant game.
The art is great along with the animations.

Pros:

• Great interpretation of the small-town home corruption game
• Very solid story with good quality dialogue
• Great art, phenomenal
• Awesome non-H-scene visuals (e.g. mom reaching for stuff, dinner, etc.)
• Good variety of clothes for female characters. The clothes fit the situations well and make the game/scenes WAY more dynamic and immersive
• Fairly easy to navigate quest/objective system
• Good City design,
• Large variety and diversity in characters, if you like thick girls then you will find a character you like
• Creator has some of the best community outreach/communication

Cons:

• Relatively slow progress. Game's been out since Oct 20 2021 and we have made in-roads into almost every character, but besides that there is not much substantial development. This is a natural consequence of creating such a wide range of female characters and introducing them all within a short time span. I would almost prefer some level of concentration, releasing or developing relationships with characters in batches just so we can see individual stories flushed out quicker. Admittedly, this is a very subjective opinion, and I could totally see how one could prefer the creator's current choice.
• Objective/quest page is a bit messy. When I hit 'J' I should only see quests that are ongoing and I can do. If I have done all I can with a character for an update, move it to some other tab that I need to click to get to. I ran into situation where I hit J and saw that I had done everything for the update. This happened before I went to school, so much content was still left to do. Was a result of me confusing some random side quest with the main story.
• The gallery is somewhat useless at this point, at least to me. It would serve you much better to just save as much as possible so you can replay the non-H scene visuals/situations that really make this game great and so you can also view the entirety of H-scenes not just the meaty bit.
• Missing some technical features that would greatly improve playability. Many suggestions mentioned by zxcvzxcvzxcvzxcv's review would do the game quite well, but their absence is by no means game ruining.
  • Specifically those related to saving. Given the nature of the game's visuals combined with the barebones gallery and the long un-savable cutscenes, having more saves & being able to name them would be quite useful.

Overall, this has the potential to be one of the all time great Western RPGM games. As a degen on this site I very rarely financially support creators, but I make an exception for talent that is so rare such as is the case with BreadManGames. While the cons points were long, they were only long to justify including them as cons; that is, there is very little I would change with this game and what I would is generally subjective. For those reason: 5/5.

I've read through some of the negative reviews and they are generally pretty bad, imposing their personal taste in story, progression, and art onto the creator and their game. This is quite ridiculous, its like being upset an orange doesn't taste like a KitKat bar. Game is able to deliver on what it seeks to be quite well and most reviews recognize that fact. Stay true to your project creator.

I have a feeling this one's gonna be talked about a lot in the forums in the future. It's not groundbreaking; we've already seen this game formula before, the ups, downs and everything in between. But this one definitely has the potential to stand out on its own if the art style has anything to say for it. I'm praying on the success of this game frfr.

So first of all there are a lot of bugs inside the game, one with the gallery second with the random teleport through the map..
Secondary the art is really not my cup of tea, this game could be big with the beautiful faces but the artist chose to go with the unrealistic women models, which really can't get you anywhere.
Third I really hate the instant sex scenes right from the start there is no teasing or build up for the scenes they are just PUT OUT THERE and really gruesome looking, if i want instant sex scenes with no story behind and build up i can just go to rule34 and fap there. Like the girls there are literally 3x your size and it feels like gigantic but yea of course the MC has an extremely large P**** i really have nothing good to say about the game from art to coding...
But yea whoever wish to try go ahead i wish only good things for the dev but yea not for me

I really liked the story, the style and the game mechanics. Especially those "curves" and their Son & Mother relationship.

There aren't many games that have graphic designs like this. I'm happy then and hope for the next update!

It's very promising so far, looking forward to more updates. Similar to urban demons, but with out the kinda off putting aspect of the MC being super young. Still a skinny white kid having sex with a bunch of super thicc chicks, so not aesthetically all that different, but the character is explicitly a young adult. The supernatural elements of the plot are a good set up for why this guy's getting away with ridiculous porn premise stuff, but it seems like it might become too convoluted very easily with a lot of non human characters and grand overarching mythological plots.

Some of the dialogue with the mother character is a bit cringey, too-that's one aspect where I think the supernatural element should be played up more, because the developer seems to simultaneously want the character to be somewhat believable and realistic while also having the character gradually become okay with more lewd stuff with a family member. The end result is just weird, flirty dialogue trying to establish a relationship, where I think it would be better to make it more clear that the reason she's doing these out of character things is because of an external influence-not because if her son told her she's pretty a lot she would suddenly be okay with doing sexual things with him. There's some allusions to this with her having sexual dreams about him that were planted supernaturally, but I just think that it should be a bit more front and center, maybe not full on mind control but at least more supernatural magical suggestion instead of awkward flirting.

But aside from those minor gripes, good game! You can tell the developer put a lot of work into this and it turned out very well.
