Warning this isn't my cup of tea so the low score is heavily biased and more to bring attention to how fucking stupid it is to have literally 5 different gendered content all under gay... especially as almost all of them have their own tags already and don't need to use Gay. Seriously... Trans, Futa, and Sissy, are really their own genders and don't need to be included in gay... (Trans is debatable but until fully transitioned, they kind of are... then they just are that gender once they've fully transitioned.)
Oh and before you report this, yes I did play it... it's fine... if a bit, barren as the only sexual scenes are with a really creepy old man. I like being a cute dude but the sissification is a huge turn off.
