I played 0.1 version , I will check out the later versions to see how more stuff was removed .

Yeah, it would be interesting to know what was actually cut...

Yep, though I like what's there now better. (If only because this way the DS will be safer from moralfags of Patreon and Steam).

Edit 2: It seems 0.2 already censored the brutal fight at the start and the ivy death and cannibalism scene

In none of my playthroughs did I ever have any thoughts of leaving Ivy to be torn apart by those freaks, so that cannibalism scene didn't exist for me anyway. Personally, I don't mind showing violence if it fits into this authentic world, and is justified by plot twists, but I wouldn't want our Desert Stalker to have a Raptor atmosphere (where we control a sick psychopathic bastard who deliberately does evil shit).

No i played the 0.1 version and this scene is exactly the same . It just happens later

Yeah , Zlaton in the original version repeatedly punched asha , before fucking and peeing inside her mouth . This scene was a lot more graphic and the pee was graphically shown while in the new version , the punching is not there , and the pee is barely seen .

Zlaton is more of a nice guy now

I could be totally wrong but I am with the understanding that the original Ain content was tweaked to make her appear older and to make her relation non-biological, if still Zaton's daughter 'in spirit'.

Review of 0.2 and 0.3

0.2 - Toned down from 0.1 but shani death scene from the current version is more brutal then 0.2

0.3- 2nd shani mission has hanging corpses and more shani dialogue and scenes like banter and stuff with zlaton . Asha is inside a cage instead of the operation table . I will consider 0.18 version more dark because of mutilated corpses and hanged corpses . But I dont understand why those shani dialogues and scenes were deleted , There was also a scene where shani asked if he can kill the soldiers/decayed and she did if we said yes . Plus if we use said that Asha is hot and that is why he is saving her then shani will say , " Really dad , Arnt we enough ? You have Ain , My mother , Emilia and now her ... Whats next me ? " This line showed her inner thoughts well .

In the current version , there is barely any shani scenes or dialogue .

- In 0.3 , there is a scene where Zahra is massaging Ain , But Zlaton interrupts and fucks Zahra in the throat till she almost passes out . I dont kmow if it is there in the lastest version .

- in 0.3 we can behave more rudely to emilia and even give her a custom name

Final thoughts on 0.3

- For Ain content 0.18 is better
- For shani content 0.3 is better
- For Zlaton being brutal with women other than his family then 0.3 .

So far except the shani and Ivy scene , I will prefer the 0.18 version

It is Kira, not Asha, Asha is the youger sister of her we met her at the begining of the journey

I suspect this dialogue about Kyra was removed mostly because it's honestly out of tone with the rest of Zetan culture for Shani to see something like this as odd.

When I replayed this scene in 0.17, I could not get rid of the thought that something is wrong here, that it seems much less harsh, and Zaton less brutal with Asha..Well, thank you for checking. Fucking Steam.

Yeah..I started playing somewhere around version 0.4 or 0.5, and at that time, the first game scene with the raider attack was still in its original form. But since DETROIT123_io writes that he noticed some smoothing of corners in the game, even starting with v0.2, it seems that this process began almost from the very beginning of development.

I still remember that after that scene with Asha and then coming home afterwards and get presented with 3 choices as how to greet your wife, the last one something like "PULL HER DOWN", was the exact moment I felt this VN was for me.
