Based on the devlog's teasing, I’d say it’s more likely to be music artists or professional animators working on cutscenes and animations for this game. Because proofreaders and/or translators wouldn’t have the same wow effect here ! x)

Looking forward to updates! This game is fire. I don’t really like sandbox-type games, but the flow in this one really matches, and you don’t get bored like in some games...

I was looking through the forum and saw so many people complaining about the swinging theme, I really don’t get it. Personally, I really really really don’t like NTR/swinging games, they give me bad feelings due to some irl traumas. But you know what I did? It’s simple: I avoid them.

Right in the game’s menu, you have the option to remove this theme from your gameplay. And even if you don’t disable it, the choice is yours whether to share any of the heroines or not. It doesn’t make sense to complain. I don’t like it, but I know many people do, and I’m in no position to criticize anyone for their preferences.

I believe we’re more likely to take part in a simple scene of torture and/or humiliation in Sharifa’s case. I doubt things would escalate to her death, as I don’t think the queen would want that. She appeared upset by Sharifa’s lies, particularly regarding a guard who was falsely accused of misconduct.

In reality, it was a trap set by Sharifa. Yet, despite everything, Queen Merneith still appears to care for Sharifa, and the feeling seems mutual here. Sharifa acted out of both ambition and affection, hoping to eliminate rivals and win Merneith’s favor and love.

Well, it feels like it could be a missed opportunity for some kinky action, it´s all I´m saying.

Why is that ? I said we would probably take part in it as players, unless the game handles it differently, such as having us as mere spectators or off-screen. I used “simple” there to add nuance or to rule out more extreme options.

I think that for Sharifa, we might get a scene somewhat similar to the one with the agitator who was imprisoned for publicly insulting the queen, or the one with the guard who disrespected Zaton. It would probably be in the same spirit as one of those situations.

I thought you meant a scene with actually just torture.
I wouldn´t mind a scene like those you described, but I still would prefer something where Zaton can participate more instead of just watching the Queen do whatever she wants to do.

Whatever role the queen gives Zaton to mess with Sharifa in a fun way, I’m down for it. ^^ We’ll see what the game throws our way, but I’m sure it’ll be a good time.

Just wanted to to comment that this is one of the best games on here, consistently high quality, attractive characters, interesting plot. Only downside is that, despite the updates being good, they always feel never enough. Nice problem to have. Looking forward to the next version.

Another downside is that I quite literally cannot enjoy other games as much because of how good Desert Stalker is. Not only does it have some of my favorite sexual content categories, but it's also the most immersive experience I've had in an adult game.

The characterizations, immersive plot, world-building ambience, music, rich lore, and a plethora of other elements make the setting of DS that much more enticing. So much so, that after each and every update, I'm always on the edge of my seat, wanting to know more of what's gonna come next in future releases

Hey everyone! I’m definitely not going to run out of render previews. However, with summer vacations around the corner, some members of the team will be away for a couple of weeks which means we will probably finalize the update once they return.

But while they’re away, I’ll be using the time to finish up the last two big scenes of the update and expand on the adventure sections with Shani. If you enjoyed exploring the pyramid or tagging along with Shani in the zone, you’ll be happy to know that version 0.19 will focus a lot on those kinds of moments - bonding, character development, navigating the desert, and just enjoying the journey together.
