The majority of the famous AVN´s get updates every 6/7 months or more. This AVN gives you an update every 3/4 months.
I really don´t think we can complain in that regard when it comes to this game.

Rule #1 Never believe everything you read without verifying in many places. The best being the developer.
Rule #2 Do not use Steam to get the game if you are worried. If you are like me, NEVER use Steam.
Rule #3 Steam has no power to force the developer stop making this game and neither does any group, feminist or not.

I Recomend to make a save on that spot, Have sex with the Hive queen pick the other option and have 3 some with Mantis.
If you have sex with the hive queen the hive helps you in the future

Hello gentlemen, I wanted to know what to expect of this game if I were to start it right now, the game being in development for quite some time now, I'm wondering how is the beginning ? Is it a rough start for a few hours ? Basically what is the experience on early chapters and going forward ?

If I'm being completely honest, I did try this game a while back and couldn't get into it after some time and want to know if I should really push myself through the beginning.

There is a lot of content, took me one week playing 1 or 2 hours a day to see everything from the beginning (my reading speed is avarage and I did try every option of every route so playing only some route might reduce the time needed).
I think the earlier chapters were more dark than the current ones. Now it your classic action game I guess, there are still dark elements but not as much and the writing greatly improved. The build up for some characters took time but the scene you get after is worth it.

If I'm being completely honest, I did try this game a while back and couldn't get into it after some time and want to know if I should really push myself through the beginning.

I don't know the beginning of the game was great for me, maybe a little slow compared to now but I think it set the bar of what you should expect.
What element made you drop the game before?

NOTE: v0.18.4 only adds some extra translations with no bug fixes

The .4 at the end added translations, so it is full of different languages to choose from, allegedly.

why there's a 18.4 version in this forum, but in russian?

This game started with a direct and hectic action scene and is still full throttle to this day!

There is little down time, if you count the home scenes as tedious and deflating,
but the missions have always been batshit crazy.
