This mod improves the overall quality of the game's animations.
It overwrites the native 30fps animations of the game with interpolated 60fps animations.

how ? Thanks to deep-learning processes, trained predictive models can interpolate one "fake" frame next to each native frame.

The result gives a smooth effect on each animations.


I also applied a Denoise/Deblock filter. Some lost details can even be recovered in certain scenes

I brought this up abt a yr ago. Forget now how it all played out, but you are "bang on target": a well-oiled, and properly STORED firearm should be a LOT more out-of-the-box ready to rip than a car or truck. It's a much simpler overall tool with FAR less maintenance gotchas than an automobile.

I created a thread about this very topic in the discord server a few weeks ago. I always found it weird how people in this world possess the technical know how to maintain cars and refine fuel, but forgot how firearms and gun powders work, considering how game-changing they can be in a world were people fight with primitive weapons. It’s hard to believe that nobody has found guns and figured out how to replicate them.

Hard to say but here's my opinion.

If you go with the raiders, you'll probably gonna get a much wilder and more hardcore sex filled with drugs and booze. More likely Shani and the Queen will get DP'd or railed in all holes by the raiders who saved them.

If you go with the mutants. Since the entire faction are mostly female, I'm sure they have guys as well but not sure, it'd be like the ultimate harem fantasy of getting laid with women, alongside Shani and the Queen.

That´s why the mutants are better lol. To be fair, the women in each faction is what decided it for me. The mutants have Krait, Red, Pepper, Yuna, Fangs, Chilli...so many more options. The raiders have Kyra and Asha and maybe that one arm girl.

Hey everyone, just dropping in with a quick post-release dev log. I hope you enjoyed the update, even with the little "choose your adventure" section in the desert - which probably made it feel a bit shorter than usual. It was a fun experiment, but next time we’ll be returning to a more streamlined story, picking up right where we left off.

As I mentioned before the release, I’ve been feeling pretty worn out lately, and I’m looking forward to almost two weeks of break for some refueling. In the meantime, just like in previous years, I’ve prepared a few "concept renders" which will give you some ideas for upcoming updates - some coming sooner, some much further down the line. They’re always fun to make without spoiling anything, and I think you’ll especially enjoy the last one ;o

Until I’m back, thank you again for all the support and interesting feedback after release, and we’re looking forward to continuing with a fresh mind soon!

i started the quest from the start, with the ! on the palace. then everything played out differently with MC and Shani putting up a decent fight, but with the Queen nabbed in her skivies they and held at knife point they drop their weapons. it works cause even though i want to say id never let them have shani, if they kill the queen, the general will figure out the queen left with me and never came back and that puts the whole household in danger from not just the general and his troops but all of the palace guards, other desert stalkers. abiding time with Shani to escape with the queen whole is the best option.

so the rework of that scene works very well now.

Avoiding the ambush is not something Zaton can really control, is not as if he walked into it. And when the bandits ambush the group it doesn't start well for them if you make the right choices. Zaton takes down a couple, Shani was about to get a third one. But here is where Zaton starts to act stupid:


The WTF!! moment. They pull a blade on the queen and Zaton just gives up!!!?. Worse, he drops his weapon, he makes Shani drop hers and the leverage. Better writing would have had the thugs being able to get away with the queen and/or the truck, and/or the gear they brought with them. That would work while adding tension to the story.

Just went through the latest patch and the revisions they made to the story are great. They did a good job making the story consistent with everything before it.

I actually wonder if they had these changes prepared or if they made them in between the beta and the steam release and if it's the latter, just about how many people complained?

Anyway, I'm glad they changed it. This story is one of the very best in all erotica and I hope one day, when it's finished, it can serve as a landmark of its genre.

I think the scene is sound. The queen was a fraction of a second away from having her throat slit, and the MC can't afford for her to die or even get hurt. His family, especially as it has been growing so much, depends on the kingdom being stable and on him being in good terms with it. If something were to happen to her, he would be a prime suspect and if that didn't get anywhere the change in royalty would likely see him being cast aside.

While it could have been definitively written better, it's pretty good considering how it was before.

I was with you until the last part. Yes, he stopped because he couldn't risk the Queen's life. Otherwise, he and his family would face the consequences. If they had tried to continue fighting, the bandits would have slit the Queen's throat, and that would've meant Zaton would have to take his family on the run before anyone suspects that he was responsible for her death. Zaton and Shani had no leverage in this situation.

I literally added the "leverage" image in my post. Shani had one of the thugs in the same position as the queen. And it is stupid because once they get Zaton and Shani disarmed they could just get killed. Also, why haven't the bandits killed the queen yet? There WAS room for negotiating. Zaton could have offered the truck and gear. Not that it should work, what still makes sense is to lose the truck, the gear and the queen. But you don't just drop your weapons, the things that keep you alive.
"There could be retaliation against Zaton's family if they slit the queen's throat?" Dude, there is no guarantees the queen gets released. And the bandits are not a diplomatic party in a war scenario. Zaton and Shani dying once they get disarmed is the most likely outcome if you "give up", and that would be the worst outcome for the family.
All that out of the way, I am not complaining about this VN as a whole. It is one of the best and just had the MC being stupid in this one scene.

Overall, I agree with you but we're in the minority. The masses love their power fantasies and huge harems and care very little about realism. There are a dozen or more games on F95Zone that have huge harems that the fans go crazy for (hugely popular). Developers who are making these games for a living or for profit give their audiences what they want. Personally, I had to quit games like Grandma's House and most of the three letter games because I couldn't get immersed in them. Most of the huge harem games went in the trash pile before I reached 50% completion. I tried, I just couldn't enjoy them for very long. I wouldn't put Desert Stalker in this category however. It has a harem but not a large one and it feels immersive.

The developer allows some action with the MC's daughter Ain. She is shared with Igor (optionally). Shani has sex with the queen. It doesn't make sense at this point in the game for Shani to be shared with other men. She was a virgin until she had sex with the MC for the first time which was late in the story. Having Shani go from losing her virginity to slut doesn't make sense. Shani is a tough girl, independent, and a full fledged Stalker now. Ain was portraited as a fuck toy from the very beginning of the game however. I was disappointed that there was no corruption story with Ain (she's a fuck toy from day one in the story).

I generally agree with you but for the sake of making fun conversation, I'll play devil's advocate for a moment:

It makes perfect sense for her to have had sex with someone else so quickly after losing her virginity. For her age, she's incredibly inexperienced and the only reason MC doesn't have sex with her is to allow her to choose her own path, emblematic of being a stalker. All the points you brought up as being reasons for why she wouldn't be exploring sex I would say are actually reasons she would be exploring sex, and eagerly. She's tough and confident, and knows she's always in control even in sexually threatening situations (e.g., her first exploration where she lets herself be groped as to have the upper hand in the interaction). She's independent, per your words, and so she's actually not being "shared" with other men as she does not belong to a man. She had sex with MC and so they explore that with each other, but there is little there in terms of Shani being another type of Ain whom is just stronger but also happens to be a stalker. Shani is an independent woman and so her having sex with other men would be something she decides to do on her own - she is not MC's property, therefore needing permission to make adult decisions. In real life, young adults (lets keep conversation in the assumption that all participants are 18+) typically have a lot of sex, with a lot of different people, as they explore that newfound freedom. College is notorious for this - when faced with newfound freedoms, people explore them to the fullest extent.
