At the beginning of the game it asks you what your relationship is with Ain and Shani. If you input "father" they become your daughters and incest is now enabled. I didn't replay the intro so this may be slightly off but this is how you define your relationships at the beginning of the game. No patch is needed.

You mean image d19e-116 and following? AFAIK, they're not used in the script and are probably leftovers from a previous (unpublished) iteration of the scene.
Your compressed file got flagged as a malware. MS Defender also flagged it as a trojan.

It is a false positive,I had no such alarms with both versions (SOL's cmprsd) ;
anyway you have the option to not dwnl the file, or not to play the game at all.
