What should I exactly do to unlock the poker table in the Arcade? I finished lines of both girls, have 100% reputation and answered a dozens of questions from Egbert. Are there any other requirements? Respect? Destroyer skill?
And another more generic questions: what are sources of passive income? I have around 17K per day right now. To unlock ranch I need 40K. I maxed skills of both strippers in the Bordello Boom Boom. In the shopping district the only thing I don't own is Car Dealership. Can I buy Tatto Parlour in the Red Light District?

I can't find the person under Mandy if anyone could help pls... I've completed the game so far I just can't find this last person it says she can be found in the local store? Is that the one in the city? The local shop? As that's the only local shop you can work at.. also she never appears for me
How do I do Callie's tutoring as I have gotten to the point where her walkthrough says "This is where it gets tricky. You need to own a rancho. You will be able to buy a rancho when you meet Aria at the university and have at least $40,000 daily passive income. In addition, we need to do all the tutoring." But I can't find the option anywhere

Same here. One girl is missing for me with walkthrough saying I should meet her in the local store. And also two girls are missing because of some "strange house" storyline which I never saw. I have almost completed the ranch story line so I'm almost at the end of current game. How can i trigger this "strange house" story? I visit park from time to time to sell drugs but this story never triggers for me.

If I remember correctly the strange house is in the forest, going to the left a few times (or just going randomly, I forgot the exact steps)
