i had a thread where i asked a different question about the incest patch. i wanted to ask this question there, but someone said that it was against the group rules and i should open different threads for different questions. so here i am.
(for those wondering: I asked if using the incest patch would be a problem for patreon)
i have played a few games with incest patches. they were all simple patches that replaced the word landlayd with the word mom. even though the original game has the word landlady in it, the game is clearly writing an incest story. that landlady is very clearly the mom.
I don't want my game to be like that. the story I'm writing is basically suitable for both a mother and landlady variations. but still, to write a good story, just changing words won't work. i need to change a lot of dialog, if not scenes.
is it possible to do this with ren'py? and if so, do you know of a guide to do this in f95? or if it's something simple to do, you can also write directly in this thread.
