I believe there's a thread on how to get developer tag, but I forgot to bookmark it and now I can't find it again, can someone give me the link to that thread or just explain to me how to get a developer tag.

Well, it's in the General rules: "'Developer'/'Compressor'/'Modder' badges may be granted upon request via Tickets".
