Seeking Diablo Style Dungeon Crawler / Hack&Slash with Full Mouse Control?

As the title suggests, I'm curious if there are any porn games out there with real-time action playable entirely through mouse control. That's not really my genre normally, but neither is turn-based combat and I've found that can be pretty satisfying as porn, so why not Diablo clones?

Note, what I'm talking about is not just:
  • RPGs with a Dungeon Crawl game loop
  • Games with a Top-Down Perspective
  • Games with minor Diablo-like features like graphics or stat-locked equipment
  • Point & Click graphic adventure games
I'm talking about real-time action RPGs with 100% mouse control scheme, where you click on the ground to move, click on enemies to attack, click on barrels to break them, click on chests to open them, click on levers to pull them, click on friendly NPCs to talk, etc. Almost everything is done with the mouse, and anything that can't be done with the mouse has a HUD button or can be done in a menu - no need to ever touch the keyboard, except possibly when naming your character. I haven't actually played Diablo itself but I understand it either originated or popularized this style of game.

I'm going to make this thread a hub for those looking for games like this, so if anyone has a suggestion or I find or remember one myself I'll edit it into this first post. I may even split them into categories if there are enough suggestions, although I don't expect to get to that point since I looked pretty thoroughly through this site and I'm not sure there are any that hit the full Diablo style.

And sorry to the less ignorant readers if it feels like I'm explaining what a Diablo clone is like you're five. It's just that you can't be too sure with some people - in my search I found other threads looking for games that aren't really Diablo-style in gameplay, and even found a game that parodies Diablo pretty explicitly, but is a fucking platformer. I can't even.

Well, I've tried it out and, while it does have a lot of Diablo elements like a top-down view and loads of breakable objects with loot in some of them, it does not have full mouse control. At the very least you need to use WASD to move and E to interact. I don't see a way to change that. This game is best described as a Twinstick Soulslike rather than a Hack&Slash but that's why genre terms are nebulous and arbitrary. I know, full mouse control is kind of rare these days even for a Hack&Slash, so maybe I'll put an "Almost but not quite" section in the OP.

EDIT: Oh, and yeah I have no idea why it's tagged Puzzle and Adventure. Those tags imply a sort of game that this is not. [shrug]

I have seen that on Steam and it does look good. Probably not gonna try it for a long time, if ever, just because I already have such a backlog of games I've bought without sufficiently playing... I didn't put it in the examples list because I didn't know if it had full mouse control, but according to

it does have mouse movement and interaction, although the keyboard apparently is used for something? I'll just put in in the examples list.
