I'm currently playing around with the Daz -> Blender Diffeomorphic importer (cries in AMD GPU) to see what breaks and how to fix it, and I've run into an issue that I believe is to do with G9 and clothes that use grafts to cut out sections.

Software:
Blender 4.3.2
Daz 4.23
Diffeomorphic import_daz 4.3

In DAZ, I have a as a Base, with a few modifications on top. She then has the following hair/clothing:
Latest Diffeomorphic import settings are G9 Preset + Body. Merging or not merging Geografts has no effect.

It's the Booties that are giving me trouble at the moment. As you can see in the screenshots, in Daz, the shoes have cutouts on the arch/heel, and the toes are also shortened. Neither of these are the case in Blender.

I believe this is because the Shoes are using grafts, or at least this setup is controlled using a category called "graft ."In the following screenshots, Cut's control the height of the stocking, Des's control the shoe. Neither are functioning correctly.

Can anyone suggest the correct incantation to get these to transfer across? Or even better, explain what went wrong?

Well I've figured out part of what happened.
Each shoe style is a copy of the entire shoe/thighhigh mesh. Des1-4 hide their corresponding mesh when active. So I guess there's a simple enough cleanup process if Diffeomorphic can't be taught how handle this.

As for Cut0-5, those control opacity of the material, and thus do nothing in the preview material Diffeomorphic creates
