DirectX error

This error always appears when I log into any game, but when I update DirectX it says I have the latest version. I appreciate if someone can help

what type of video card do you have and your system spec? you shouldn't have to log in to renpy games at all only if you using them on stream

I do suggest that you ask that question here as well so you might get better there

your laptop is only compatible with DirectX 10

so my best thing to do is to uninstall DirectX 11/12 that's if you have installed it and download DirectX 10 install that

some game won't be able to run on that laptop

so in the end you have hit the end of your GPU and CPU that can handle

I know that you can play half life 2 to ep 1 & 2 just just fine & grand theft auto to Andras maybe higher then that

what game that you are trying to play??
