Hi. I am a new game developer, and I have very new at both discord and patreons, though I have a slight hang of patreon rewards. I have no clue about discord rewards. I will appreciate your help and suggestions about discord rewards and how to implement them.

You mean how to structure various discord benefits on various Patreon tiers (access to extra channels etc.), or how to integrate Patreon into Discord so people are automatically assigned roles and permissions?
