Weird i did purchase with a card instead points from Europe quite recently, just few days ago in fact.
EDIT: Just checked again, and yes i can still use my credit card to purchase games on DLSITE and i don't need to go through the hassle of buying the points on some 3rd party page.
Few years ago there were separate site branches for japan and english speaking countries that were Dlsite.com/jp and Dlsite.com/eng both of those sites had separate account database, meaning you couldn't Log in in Dlsite.com/eng with account created on Dlsite.com/jp.
It was before worldwide credit card and money transaction cartel started to notice that people in masses are abandoning the ESG conditioned and DEI ideology driven western politicised entertainment industry, replacing western slop with entertainment from Japan. And that's a huge problem for cartel because they have invested a huge amount of capital to secure wallets of the mystical modern audience. So they decided to abused their power to bully japanese entertainment industry for them to ban and censor their art and culture, and conform to western sensibilities tailored for modern audiences. Of course japan refused to comply and residents from western countries lost their means to make purchases from leading entertainment stores based in Japan, as result Dlsite.eng branch was terminated.
Now Dlsite operates by filtering their offered products based on your ip's geolocation, meaning that including, but not limited to all western countries, some works are not showing up in store.
After you said that for you as EU resident, credit\debit card is supported, I started to wonder is it because you created your account In Dlsite/Eng , because I created my account on Dlsite/jp, and when I choose as payment method credit card, I am redirected to site selling Dlsite point gift cards.
Also talking about accessibility of geolocation restricted/hidden works. The way the globally operating e-stores set prices for digital products, are based strictly on geolocation in order accommodate to different markets, by taking in consideration regional economical state as to avoid overcharging residents from less wealthy countries.

) won't show up at all and if you will try to open link of blocked content, Dlsite will show that this product in your region is not available, would indicate that Dlsite have compromised to demands of credit card companies to censor certain works in west, effectively creating additional censored inferior market to appease entitled and overprivileged western Karens ,same way as to get in China market, appease Pooh's tantrums or GTFO.
Yet if you can use your credit card and have no restrictions based on your residual, the only logical conclusions would be that either Credit card companies have additional agenda that manifests as favoritism towards certain cherry picked countries, or some countries have already laws in place to prevent self imposed unethical banking and money transactions, what would indicate that money transaction cartel, will be trying to enforce their own invented moral double standards over the very last person who is not subject to fair banking system!
