Example would be a quadruple in which there are two girls and two guys and they all are in a relationship and only sleep with each other. Or maybe it could be an incest game, but in which not only does the MC ( if he is a son ) fuck mother and sisters or ( if he is a father ) fucks wife and daughters but there is a second male in the family that also gets in on the fun. Something along those lines.
