To pirate something like this, it would have to be a private server or something, it is an mmorpg, those don't really get pirated. There are cases where sourcecode has been leaked, and people have replicated the games (like world of warcraft), but the odds of this happening for your game are incredibly low.

I will say though, that the few times I have developed interest in pay-walled erotic games, the art has almost always ended up ripped somewhere eventually, all though in some cases in can take years.

Also, if your fetish really is masturbating with others, like this mmorpg is intended for, you should probably just pay up if whatever free chat services available can't satisfy your needs. I think the guys who make those meet and fuck games actually have an mmorpg that is free to play
