Do we need permission using available porn videos in Pornhub?

Hi,
I got interested in porn games featuring real people clips such as "The company", "casting director", ....
So since I myself can program, I decided maybe I can create an HTML game.
However, I wanted to know if we are allowed to use the pictures and videos of available porn actresses (and actors) in the internet?
What I mean is , is there any legal rule against me using it? should I get permission from the actresses who I want to use in my game? if so, should I pay them for the permission?
in general is there any legal difficulties in creating a porn game with real people (porn actresses) video clips and pics?

Yea, it depends on the actress. However yes, as a general rule they will come after you if they find their likeness being used for profit.
Most porn actresses are very protective of their image and where it is used.
Even onlyfans girls copystrike people and get things taken down.

I doubt it lol, they are just ripping them off. Unless you are making huge coin you will be ok, personally I wouldn't do it.

Could be an issue of what country OP lives in and what that countries copyright laws are.
Look into it if you don't live in the US or Europe.

Well, don't give up because one idea gets squashed. Instead of an HTML game learn ren'py and make a Daz game.
Or learn RPGmaker, or make a Daz game with HTML? Anyways theres still avenues for you to pursue.

I live in Europe, and I really do not like to start messaging porn actresses agents to get permission for some game, and possibly having to pay something or some sort of contractual obligations.
in short, I don't like headaches. I just wanted to make a nice game (in my mind) with real images and videos with a good story line. And I thought since the videos and images are free in legit site like pornhub, then I can use them with citation. But getting permission is really a pain which does not worth it,

Well, I have limited time. Learning those takes time, besides, it is not as interesting as real people to me.

Ther are free for personal use, not commercial use. So... don't make money with your game or use something else.
