VN Do you like graphic birth scenes in video games?

Good day all, I finished my first game earlier this year. It was a VN with lots of mingames made with Renpy (It's Good Girl Giselle). It was supposed to have scenes of the MC getting pregnant and giving birth, where you actually see a baby exit her vagina, but my story went into a different direction because early player feedback stating that it needed a stronger story, so I changed the direction of the game. I'm 30% into my second game, which will not have these pregnancy aspects either, but I was wondering if this was a good feature for a future game (a graphic birth scene).

Depends on how graphic. If we're talking a relatively clean and easy birth I tend to enjoy it. If it's super realistic and ends with 10 minutes of a baby screaming followed by the afterbirth falling out, that's pure boner killer right there.

I was talking about a clean quick scene, not ultra realisitic in other words.
