Seeking Does anyone know of a program?

Does anyone know a program with which I can make a simple visual novel out of a group of 30 images from a comic, which only allows me to scroll backwards and forwards. Renpy and Rpgmaker is too much for what I want to do, I need something easy, it would be like a powerpoint but a little better and it encapsulates everything in a final file. The only thing I've been able to do for now is to make a PDF but I'm not convinced.

Ren'py is your best bet, at least in my opinion.

That would be a good motivation to learn basic Ren'py.

And then even better, learn a scripting language so you can automagically generate a Ren'py game from a folder containing (numbered) images.
