does anyone know this game?
The scene that I remember is that MC, a guy who was having sex with his sister's friend at home, was almost caught, tied up over his eyes and thrown and trapped in a cupboard, tied up and accidentally had sex with his sister.

I definitely know this one. It was a hs2 based renpy game and is abandoned. Pretty sure it's By Midsummer Moonlight.

Edit: the scene like that was removed/changed to something much more boring in after first release but it's definitely the game I'm thinking of.
