Does anyone know this genesis 8 female character?

It's either 8.1 or 9. Very unlikely to be G8, imo.
There's a few things that make this a trickier solve. It's clearly been somewhat decently modified with probably a few dozen morphs and dials. The body itself is probably pretty easy to recreate with any number of the decent 'thicc' morphs out there. Getting the face might be a bit trickier.
