Does FanBox issues payouts to banks outside Japan?

Can anyone here who currently uses FanBox for game development answer this?

All I could find was an old reddit post stating that they only payout via paypal for creators outside Japan.

If you come across this thread while researching about it, I asked FanBox via e-mail and this was their answer, keep in mind this was on 3/29/2023.
