I really enjoyed this game. Fun adventure game that feels pretty lighthearted and I love pixel art games like this. It's got a decent amount of quests and content to go through. The combat took me some time to get used to but I do like it. My only issue I had is that I commonly wouldn't know what I'm supposed to do next in a quest but that's probably more my fault tbh.

A fun adventure pixel porn game. Sex scenes are mixed with quests and storyline. The art and writing is comedic, although dialogue is riddled with grammar errors. Combat is based on match-three. I would say half of the game is focused on combat and the other half is exploring the town. The game is in development and therefore buggy, but I would recommend giving it a try if you are a fan of pixel art.

Most sex scenes are straight, lesbian or futa with fantasy furry characters. There is one gay sex scene.

Doki Doki Tri-Line Quest is a great high quality (but not perfect, but who is lol) game with a good amount of variety and tons of cute pixel art. You can tell that a lot of time and effort was put into this game and as such, it is one of the few games of this variety that I was willing to support.

Game on artistic level is great, the pixel art is on point, the erotic scenes are good.
Whole issue is that the game is basically unbeatable even in easy mode, enemies two shot you, health is never enough, healing is never on time, damage is completely broken.
Stats are complete lies , i tried removing all my gear and tried with full gear the damage i receive is always the same , the damage i deal is always the same.

"Doki Doki Tri-Line Quest" is a charming indie game that beautifully embraces pixel art reminiscent of classic GBA titles like "Undertale." Its captivating visuals and nostalgic soundtrack transport players to a bygone era of gaming. This unique blend of puzzle-solving, exploration, and moral choices, coupled with Android support, makes it a delightful and accessible experience for both retro gaming enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Don't miss out on this pixelated adventure that evokes a sense of nostalgia while offering fresh gameplay elements.

Instead of fighting, there is an exciting puzzle-style mini-game where you have to try to make stronger combinations. It's not bad, I liked it.
But the main thing here is the plot and events.
A semi-succubus heroine raised in the human world is trying to find her friend angel (Looks like she's in the title image).
A difficult path awaits her, on which she often finds herself in humiliating situations. Even her own familiar enjoys dominating her from time to time. And it seems that when she finds her angel, hard NTR will be waiting for her.
But the heroine is not some weeping sufferer. On the contrary, the further, the stronger the masochist awakens in her.

P.S. Before trying the game, I was scared off by pixel graphics (I'm not a fan of this), but now I'm looking forward to the continuation of this wonderful game.

All the reviews are from over 3 months ago and it saddens me to see how some people leave quite the low rating without ever bothering to come back and try the game once more. I haven't played the game a lot but I've seen that there are a lot of new animations and all of them are way above the quality on pixel art one sees on some games with better rating. I'm judging this game as a fellow pixel artist and developer and it has potential. Maybe it won't be the best game in the nsfw community but sometimes people forget there's only one or two individuals behind some of these games and tend to rate them too harshly. Please support a starting dev instead of one of those big developers that already make thousands a month, maybe one of their games in the future will become a precious memory of yours.

the game has potential, but as it stands, there's just far too much with it i can't love
sexual content: most of the sexual content as far as i can tell is locked behind winning despite most of it being submissive in nature. so you win battles to get raped? it doesn't make much sense to me
gameplay: its a match 3 puzzle game, except you have to act quick or you'll lose. bosses tend to 3 shot you so you are having to heal constantly. this would be fine, but the tiles aren't weighted properly, so you're relying on rng to get healing and potion tokens which never come. doing 4-5 chains create special tokens to do special attacks, but they don't do much more than the other tokens so often they're not worth it. now this wouldn't be a problem, but they can't combo into other tokens, so you have to create 3 4-5 chains to make a single combo with them, so more often than not they're board clog.

story: its still early so i'll give it a pass on being shallow.

art: art is fine, but due to the gameplay you'll rarely get a chance to admire most of it.

all in all, i'd wait for it to come out, but for now its pretty bad.

I think this game has a ton of potential, but there are some fundamental issues with the overall design.

    1. Real time puzzle mechanics detract from the art. I personally think a lot of the pixel art is great, but since you are always focusing on making your next move as quickly as possibly you never really get a chance to appreciate it. Seems kind of pointless to have a stripping mechanic when you don't get to appreciate any of it. On top of this, sometimes you accidentally get a painfully long combo which can actually kill you, as you are trying to align three healing blocks but are locked out of making a move until the chain ends.

    2. No puzzle logic. Games like Huniepop will make sure when you clear a certain percentage of one type of block you get more replaced into the pool. Since there is no logic of the sort in this, you can lose a fight altogether because no more healing blocks will drop in. This type of mechanic is pretty much universal in all puzzle games for good reason.

    2. Walk speed in town is painfully slow. At least add a sprint button.

    3. Button layout. I think for obvious reasons a one-handed layout would be best, or at least allow menu navigation with the mouse.

In the future it would be great to have things like relationship status with different npcs like the shopkeep, but that's wishful thinking.

its a demo but i will still judge what i see.

the gameplay is a bit weird. its a slider type of combat aka match 3 pieces to do different attacks. but the symbols are very small and weird looking.
you can move a piece as many times as you want which is kinda weird.
matching 4 or more pieces leaves you with a more powerful piece as bonus BUT you cant match it. unless you do a total of 3 4+ combos with the same color. that is pretty stupid. only in the first boss fight was i able to ever use special pieces.

the controlls are weird... K to confirm menus and L to cancel out? why?

sidequests arent really clear right now "find food" okay where? so far all i had was fights on the overworld. money also seems to come in slow.

after reaching the first city i stopped because you walk so slow in the city, idk man.

has potencial, it is a demo, but it needs a lot of cleaning.

I want so much to like this game!!!

    But alas, I cannot.

Graphics are not nostalgic as much as a distraction and makes it difficult to discern what you are trying to do. The speed of the game play means you can't enjoy what graphics there are and it is to difficult to track your status in game.

There is no way to find out how much $ you have without going to the store. Luckily it is not too grindy.

There is no need to design your own set of controls. Why K and L and not space or esc? Why enter to open the menu instead of tab or escape?

And no save? I mean, wtf. There is a load menu item just no way to clearly save.

I suggest taking a pass for now.
