I believe you use it in the laboratory sex machine to get cum tanks. Its to the left of Indigo in lab.
Okay, found a fairly frustrating bug-- did Action 2 on Indigo, watched the cutscene, and ended up with all of my progress (aside from clothes?) gone. I've played enough to consecutively win anyways, just thought I'd warn folks.
Edit: Nvm, clothes are set as what it was last set, but you're still left with nothing but the default. Strangely, the only thing left are the sex scenes in the lab.
