Identify Dominant red head indoor pool

Hi everyone,

I have this scene from a game in my head but I can't remember the game anymore, I believe it was incomplete at the time so I'm looking to see where it's at.

The scene I remember was at the house of a rich woman, I believe a red head, who has the main character tied down to a bench right next to her pool and then edged him.
I remember her having an assistant who prefaced the situation to the main character with 'you're lucky'.

No clue about the main story or anything, this was a side quest I think because you originally needed money or a favor from her and ended up being submissive to her, you could choose not to get involved though.

I remember there was a scene where they first got introduced into her office, where she already started submitting him subtly from the start.

Not 100% sure, but it might be University of Problems. She's related to one of the anti-frat guys, who told the MC she could help him with a problem. You could ask in that thread.
