There is this fantastic indie strategy game series Dominions. Dom 5 is the newest one:
You can easily make mods, and the base game already has a few pervert nude gods etc. included. While the graphics of the game are bad the sprites have their charm. I wonder if there are explicit porn themed mods for the game or if somebody has good adult sprite dumps. For Dominions they need to be rather small, 16x16 to a max of 128x128.
