doubt about the functioning of daz

Hi, first of all I didn't know where to ask this, so I apologize in advance, plus English is not my original language, so I'm sure it's pretty badly written and I apologize for that.
Anyway, I'm starting to model in daz3d and I've practiced with pirate models because I don't have money to buy the licenses of the models, my doubt is if tomorrow I decide to publish or commercialize my creations in some way could generate problems the fact that I don't have the license?

you don't really need the license for any assets but you do need it if you haven't changed anything I don't understand that license myself but I do think it's a money grab like they do when they ask you if you buy something from bestbuy and they ask you if you want to extend you warranty
