Others Doubt regarding link in a post

I'm new to the forum and I'm interested in posting in the recruitment-services section to offer my programming and art services. However, I noticed there's a rule requiring three previous posts before including links in a post. Does this rule still apply to the recruitment-services section, or is there an exception for posts in that specific category? In order to show my work that is.
